Audio guide

The Audio guide deposit 1,000 baht per Machine. The service is provided, Please contact at Ticket counter.   
 

 Toilets

There are toilets on every floor of the Exhibition which are provided for visitors (Men, Women and Disabled)
 

 Lockers

There are 168 lockers behind of LED Wall. Identifications card or Driver’s license card can be shown in case of service. Please contact at Information counter on the first floor. Large baggage that will not fit in a locker can be kept at Information counter if requested.
 

 Wheelchairs and  Ramp

Three Wheelchairs are available for elderly person and disabled.  Please contact at Information counter on the first floor. The Ramps are provided through out on every floor of Exhibition.
 

 Elevators

The Elevators are provided at main entrance and the library for elderly person and disabled.  

 Vending Machine Service

There are Beverages Vending Machines located at the corridor of the R- shop. Coin exchanging be provided at Ticket counter.

 Water Dispenser

Drinking Water Dispensers are located behind the LED Wall nearby the lockers.

 Lost & Found

In case of lost possessions reclaim at Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall, Please contact at Information counter on the first floor.  
Parking Lot

 Parking is available

1 - 3 hours: 20 baht (In case you see one route; take time 2 hrs.)
1 - 5 hours: 20 baht (In case you see two routes; take time 4 hrs.)
After 3 hours or 5 hours: 50 baht per hours.

NOTE:

- Visitors must stamp parking ticket, please mention this at Ticket counter or Information counter on the first floor.
- Exhibition Hall recommends visitors to use public transportation.
- Other paid parking is available nearby the Exhibition Hall.
